I ran the Rock n Roll New Orleans Mara...Not at all. I ran the Rock n Roll New Orleans Marathon last weekend fueled on fresh food and sweet potatos. I ate sweet potato in the morning also. And I used huma gels during the race:) My recovery was amazing, 3 days I was back at it!
