30 day run streak and an easy summer recipe


I am going to take on another challenge to add to my Lose a marathon challenge and my 30 day ab challenge. Starting Monday, I am making a promise to run at least 1 mile a day for 30 consecutive days. I am hoping this will get me back into the running mindset. So wish me luck:)
 Now a fun and easy recipe:
I am always looking for something that my kids can eat in the summer time that is easy, cheap, and healthy:). I remember hearing about this recipe, if that's what you would call it, lol, a long time ago and finally made it. Let me tell you I was sceptical about the carrots sticks "tasting like candy" like I had been told. Well believe it or not they do. Its crazy! Almost like Jolly Rancher stick, lol! you should def try it.
