Paleo Fudge and my cocoa date balls........

I have been trying to find healthier and cleaner ways to have some of my favorite desserts. Date bars and my chocodate brownies have been a staple in my house for a while, but this time I decided to perfect my date balls. So here it goes...

Protein chocolate date balls
(no bake:)

3 cups of pitted dates
1/3 cup chia seeds
2/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup coconut butter (you could sub 1/8cup coconut oil)
Protein powder of your choice, I used MyoFusion chocolate

Mix all ingredients together except protein powder in food processor. Process until completely chopped up and mixed well. Roll into bite size balls on wax paper. Then roll into protein powder to cover. Refrigerate. ENJOY!

No I am ALL about some chocolate. What girl isn't? So after trying a couple concoctions to make paleo fudge that taste like real fudge, I came across this recipe from Planks, Love, and Guacamole.
O-M-G! Its amazing. Totally raw, natural, and best of all gluten and crap free:)
