
Our group had our last open water training session before race day on Thursday. It was a gorgeous day out at Rabbit Creek. The water was prob around 65 degrees, so it felt GREAT!

Coach Anita had us doing kicks and alternating pulls for strength.

We were discussing what may or may not be in the water underneath us, lol!


I love my swim crew. they are some of the most motivating and inspiring people I have ever met.
