A great run, great hydration, and a great game.

I had a great weekend, did you?
I hope so!

Friday I ran 7 glorious miles. As most of you know I have been struggling with my ITBS. So the fact that I ran 7 miles pain free makes this 7 miles glorious. Also the fact that I ran 7 miles for GOOD with my Saucony Kinvara 3's makes it even sweeter.
See sweat #PROOF
Also I was able to finally run with my new FlexLine Hydration backpack.
I have ran with a Camelpak before but didn't really like the extra weight on my back. However with Flexline I didn't feel that weight on my back because of the FlexLine that formed over my shoulder and helped distribute the weight. It really helped with the weight of the water.
You can see how it forms on your shoulder and how convenient it is to drink while running. If you want to use a hydration pack when you run, definitely check out FlexLine hydration. I love mine.
FlexLine is offering all of my readers a 15% discount.
If you are interested in more information on the FlexLine syste visit them online or give them a call at 1-888-726-1109.

Don't forget to download the Saucony RUN4GOOD Iphone App. It is a free
running app that keeps track of your mileage and donates money to help fight childhood obesity. It is free, so there is no reason to not download it today.
Saturday my husband and I took a little trip to see our beloved Alabama Crimson Tide football team beat the Ole Miss Rebels.
This was the first Alabama game my husband has ever been too.
We actually were invited to go with my friend Shannon and her husband. Shannon and I met over the Internet through the Rock n Roll New Orleans marathon facebook page last year. Its amazing to be able to meet some of the coolest people through running and blogging. Anyways Shannon and her husband have season passes and had some extra tickets which she offered to me. Of course we jumped at the chance to go see the Tide roll and to finally get to meet and hang out with Shannon:)
After watching BAMA win 33-14, we headed home, stopping in Meridian to sleep. Driving home was crazy in the bad weather we had, but getting to come home to this made it all worth while:)
