I have been SUPER DUPER busy this week.
Let me catch you up a little.
1. I am THANKFUL I started Crossfit On-Ramp this week at Coastline Crossfit and I LOVE it. I have never felt better. And I think it is helping my ITBS feel better. Thanks to Jennifer for kicking my butt every morning at the box!
2. I am THANKFUL for my new food processor that my friend Stephanie gave me. I have been making everything in that little machine. LOVE IT!
