Klean Athlete Protein Review...

I have always been athletic. I was a personal trainer, spinning instructor, and group fitness instructor for many years. I have always known protein was a key element in my success in building muscle. My body responds well to high protein daily. I try to take in around 150 grams a day on training days.
You can bet that I have tried A LOT of different brands, flavors of protein. Some good, some bad, and some out right terrible, lol! When I was given the chance to review a NSF certified unflavored "KLEAN" 100%whey protein powder, you know I jumped at that opportunity
 
I was so impressed by the packaging. Its so nice and "KLEAN" lol! I was excited to receive the multivitamin too. I have been taking it daily, and I have had no stomach issues at all.
The first thing I did was check out the Whey Isolate Protein.As you can see there are 85 calories, 1 carb, and 20 protein per scoop. Perfect!

After going to Crossfit Coastline, I was excited about trying a smoothie with the Klean Isolate. It was absolutely delicious and became one of my go to smoothies after the WOD.

I also was mixing 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup of dark chocolate almond milk, ans 1 scoop of Klean isolate, for a great "chocolate milk" drink.

After a few days of smoothies, I started adding it to my actual foods. because the Klean Athlete Isolate is flavorless, it is a great add in to your favorite recipes and dishes.
Spinach, Kale, 1/2 avocado, 1 egg white, 1 scoop Klean isolate, and Chia seeds.
Spinach, Kale, 1/2 Avocado, 1 egg, sauteed in water mushrooms and 1 turkey bacon strip (cut up) crushed red pepper, and 1 scoop of Klean Isolate
2 mashed bananas, 1 egg white, lots of cinnamon, 1 scoop Klean Isolate.
mix well, cook like pancakes.
 
I also added a scoop to my turkey burgers, bowl of black beans, and sugar free pudding.
As far as drinks are concerned, I usually drink water most of the time. however sometimes you need some flavor. I am a Crystal Light drinker, so I decided to add it to my Margarita flavored Crystal Light. Yeah amazing! It doesn't alter the taste at all and who wouldn't want a protein packed glass of Crystal Light?
As you can tell I was upset when I used the last scoop! (I have reordered more, of course!) At least I used it for a Crystal Light Mojito!
Fueling my muscles is what its all about!
It is my new protein of choice, and I am so happy I got to try it.
I definitely have become Klean Athlete!
