Snowing on the Gulf Coast, RNRNola tweet up, and a Colorful Winner...

Yep that's right, SNOW on the Gulf Coast. This weather is crazy. it was 60 degrees yesterday and now we are expecting snow, sleet, and ice tonight. Oh, and not to mention its supposed to be 70 degrees this weekend. CRAZY!
Ill take the 70 degree weather this weekend because its Rock n Roll New Orleans weekend. YAY!
If your going to be in New Orleans this weekend come check out the expo.
Some fellow bloggers Abby and Dani are going to be taking over the expo stage at 10 am on Saturday to tell you guys how Social Media and online communities affects the modern runner.
They will be interviewed by my dear friend Mindy and Sarah. I hope to get in town in time to meet up. If you will be in New Orleans even if you are not running the race, the expo is free to the public and come and say hi to these awesome ladies.
If you are not able to attend you can follow these ladies on Twitter as they update the #RNRTWEETUP live from expo.

Sarah:  @MomonEmpty

I will be in New Orleans sometime on Saturday to run the race with my racewife, Melanie. This is the 3rd year in a row I have ran the RNRNola. I love this race and the city.
2012 Half marathon
2013 Full Marathon
And this year Melanie and I will make our way down the streets of New Orleans as a relay team for 2014. I am excited about doing all 3 options for the Rock n Roll New Orleans, half, full, and relay. I will give you my thoughts on all of them next week. Stay Tuned...
Speaking of races, I have a winner for the 2014 Color Run entries...
